Fortnightly Club Runs As the weather is getting a lot colder and wetter, club rides will now be organised on a fortnightly basis until March next year. Welcome to the Greater Manchester Cycling Club where all cyclists are welcome. At the moment all of our rides will be based at a leisurely pace for beginners and social riders, however, as the club and riders progress, more advanced rides will be available. We are a new club that starts with our first social ride on the 26th September. We already have several members but we hope that come the first ride we will have many more. We will be out over the next few weeks with leaflets and printed cycling jerseys along tracks and trails also cycle shops promoting the club. Although the download for the membership forms is not currently working it will be ready shortly. We are just waiting to speak to CTC and British Cycling regarding affiliation and insurance (membership forms are now available and we are now affiliated). Over the coming weeks more ride dates and information will be added to the website but if anyone has any questions don’t hesitate to contact us. Click Here to read more
