Greater Manchester Cycling Club has members throughout the Greater Manchester area including Stockport, Eccles, Stretford, Dukinfield, New Moston and even as far out as Knutsford. At the moment, the club offers social and family rides on tracks, trails, canal towpaths and quiet country lanes, however, we will be offering road rides soon.

Each Saturday a club ride takes place. They will be alternated between social (10 to 40 miles) and family (4 to 8 miles) rides, usually taking in a refreshment stop at a cafe or pub. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and wear a helmet.

Annual subscription is £2 then £0.50 per ride, under 16's are free. Please download a membership form.

Although we are affiliated to British Cycling, our insurance only covers claims made against the club and not individuals. Therefore, we recommend you take out insurance cover provided by British Cycling or CTC. This will ensure you have third party insurance and free legal aid if the need was to arise following an incident whilst taking part in a cycling event/activity.
